Maintaining your website

This is usually done by your site designer but if you get stuck, we can probably help. We have had a lot of customers come to us who have been left stranded by their old site builder, something we don't ever intend to do!

We can provide site design support either at an hourly rate or under a support agreement. We can include site updates within the monthly hosting fee as well.

Domain Reregistration

We track every domain that we register on a customers behalf so that we know when the domain is due for renewal. We also look for the best value registration and renewal prices available to help you reduce your costs.

Moving the site

If you ever get displeased with our service (it's not likely) you are free to move your site and domain as you see fit. We do not hold you to a set contract period or try to retain control over your domain. We will provide you with all the domain access information (we do when we register it anyway) and coordinate your move so that interruption to your domain services is minimised.

Making the work easier

The whole idea of doing everything we can for your business website and domain is to alleviate you of the worry. We're the professionals at this just like you are the professionals in your business.

Documentation

We provide manuals to explain how to use the system cPanel and the applications within it. Particularly, we provide email manuals so that you know how to configure the mailboxes yourself. That way you can set up your emails as you need them. Alternatively, for a small maintenance fee we can do it for you on call.
